The vast majority of business owners we meet are not prepared for a sale process. They don’t have immediate access to all the documents they’ll need. They don’t understand how strenuous the exit process is. They don’t know what to expect as they start speaking to people like me.

So we created The Exit Strategy Lab. It’s free of charge to join and there is a community of entrepreneurs there to help. We’ve uploaded everything from due diligence request lists to sample information memorandums.
