Robert Gersohn is a senior finance professional with more than 30 years’ experience in financial management, analysis and modelling across a wide range of businesses.

As Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, Robert supports the firm’s M&A advisory activities through detailed financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation support. He works closely with deal teams and business owners to analyse company financial performance, identify key value drivers and develop financial insights that support business sales and strategic transactions.

Alongside his corporate finance work, Robert oversees financial reporting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring robust financial information that supports informed decision-making.

Robert holds degrees in Accountancy, Economics and Financial Analysis from the University of Cape Town and is a Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
